- UrBreed does not provide veterinary medical advice
- Information on the platform is for record-keeping purposes only
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions
- Veterinarians using the platform maintain professional responsibility
- Medical records are confidential and access-controlled
Payment Terms
Payments processed through UrBreed are subject to:
- Platform fees as disclosed during transactions
- Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing
- Zero-profit enforcement for rehoming transactions
- Revenue sharing for veterinary consultations
- Refund policies specific to each service type
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, records, etc.). By uploading content, you grant UrBreed a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. The UrBreed platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by UrBreed and protected by intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Scrape or data mine the platform
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
Limitation of Liability
UrBreed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes decisions made based on information in the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of UrBreed shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
